Charles "Andy" Arnold started Arnold & Associates in 1990 and has successfully provided governmental consulting and lobbying services to fortune 500 companies, small businesses, associations and governmental entities.
Andy has a knack for breaking down and presenting issues in terms decision makers can quickly understand. Through years of serving clients and involvement at all levels of state of Missouri, Andy has the experience, knowledge and insight necessary to bring the parties together and get the job done.
Andy served on the Legislative staffs of the Missouri House and Senate from 1981 to 1989. During this time Andy learned the professional and technical skills necessary to influence legislation and the state budgeting process.
Andy was raised in Jefferson City and graduated from Jefferson City public schools. Andy graduated from Drury College (Now Drury University) in Springfield, Missouri where he earned a BS degree in Political Science and completed post-graduate studies in Accounting, Auditing and Business Law at Lincoln University in Jefferson City.
